When you walk in you are greeted immediately, they will get you a beverage if you want one. I had someone wash my hair while I was waiting on my stylist Tressa and even though I never got her name, she was amazing too! massaged my hands and scalp and gently washed my hair recommending products they carry as well as collagen & biotin for the internal health of my hair and skin. They really make you feel special here!!

I'm not sure why I didn't just go here a few years back .. For over 13 years I have gone to a Avada Salon I love the hair color & products they are the best for your hair.. My hair dresser of 13 years had to retire due to health concerns.. She is still involved in the hair industry here at Z'S & yesterday thankfully was able to consult .. with the hair colorist to make sure she knew what I needed with my hair.. That made me feel so special .Your hair is your glory & No one should ever spend money & walk out & feel like they're never going to get the hair they once had . That's exactly how I have felt for the past few years ... The great news is The past is gone & the future is here.. Yesterday changed all of that.. The colorist she was friendly knowledgeable & very easy to talk to.. She also was more then willing to work with her coworkers to make sure I felt comfortable & to achieve the right hair formula for my first time at the salon .. That meant the world to me .. My hair cut specialist she was friendly easy to talk to & made sure she knew exactly what I wanted before we started .. I walked out of the salon with beautiful hair & exactly what I wanted.. My friend who did my hair all those years she went way beyond what she needed to from the beginning to the end to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for.. ,I can't say thank you enough especially to her but all the staff at Z 's were top Notch from the moment I arrived to checking out , it was such a pleasurable experience ,I'm Looking forward to my next appointment. I went for a 90 facial with Kaylee who is super sweet and caring. I got a 90 massage from Russell who attentive and thorough. I went for a haircut from Shawn who is a great listener and very gentle. All staff are so kind and professional. Atmosphere is delightful. I love that they helped me donate 12” of hair to Wigs for Kids.
